There are no cancellation fees; however, if you cancel in the middle of any of the 4 payment plans, you'll be charged for that payment period, but we will not subject you to any cancellation or additional fees.   9. Cancellation. You may cancel the Services at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. AFTER THE FIRST 60 DAYS OF SERVICE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIAL BILLING PERIODS. If you cancel in the middle of any billing period, you'll be charged for that billing period but you will NOT be charged any cancellation or additional fees. To cancel service, all you have to do is simply cancel services before the next scheduled payment period.
  10. Right to Terminate. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

  12. Proprietary Rights. Everything that appears on the Site is protected under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries and may not be used except as provide in these Terms of Website Use. The Company neither represents nor warrants that your use of materials displayed at the Site will not infringe rights of third parties.
  13. Inaccuracies at the Site. While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information at the Site, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. If any provisions of these Terms of Website Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then the provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Website Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
